Projects
Create a project and find your way around the project workspace.
A project is where you chat with Rolit and keep everything for one piece of work: sources, generated artifacts, jobs, schedules, and settings.
Create a project
- Open Projects and choose to create a new project.
- Enter a project name, for example
YouTube Tutorial Series. - Create it. Rolit opens the new project.
You can change the name and description later in Project settings.
The project workspace
On a wide screen the project has three areas:
| Area | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Sources (left) | Files, websites, and text that give Rolit context. See Sources. |
| Chat (center) | Your conversation with Rolit. See Chat and runs. |
| Studio (right) | Generated images, audio, music, video, and other artifacts, plus jobs. |
On a phone these appear as separate sections: Sources, Chat, and Studio.
Other project pages are Artifacts, Jobs, Members, Schedule, Mind map, and Settings.
Jobs
Jobs lists background work in the project: image, video, and audio generation, and source ingestion. Each job shows a status of Queued, Processing, In progress, Completed, or Failed. Completed jobs can be previewed. Failed jobs show the error message.
Members
Members lists who has access and their role: owner, editor, or viewer.
Delete a project
Deleting a project permanently removes it and all its artifacts. See Project settings.
