Memory
How Rolit remembers your style, brand, and project context, and how to review it with the Mind Map.
Rolit builds memory from what you give it so you don't have to repeat yourself. It has two scopes:
- Global memory is about you or your brand and is available in every project.
- Project memory is learned in one project and is used in that project.
Memory comes from content you add, such as bulk uploads.
Rolit retrieves the relevant items when it works.
Review memory with the Mind Map
The Mind Map shows what Rolit has indexed. It is read-only: you can look at memories, but this view has no controls to edit or delete them.
Your global Mind Map
Open Mind Map in the main sidebar. The page, Memory Mind Map, lists:
- Global user memories, which are not tied to a project.
- Project memories, grouped by project with a count. Select a project name to open that project.
Each memory shows its type (for example preference, decision, constraint, or goal), a confidence percentage, its text, and tags. Select Refresh to reload.
If nothing appears, you see No indexed memory yet. Memories show up after Rolit has processed them, which can take a little while after you add content.
A project's Mind Map
Inside a project, open Mind Map from the Studio panel. It shows the context Rolit would retrieve for a kind of task. Choose a task type:
| Task type | Context domain |
|---|---|
| Content | Content creation |
| Campaign | Marketing |
| Sales | Sales |
| Code | Software |
| Research | Finance |
You can also filter by tags, entered comma-separated, for example brand, hook, spring. Select the refresh button to query. The result is shown as a map around the task type, and below it a Retrieved Context list with each memory's type, confidence, text, and tags.
Teach Rolit your voice with bulk upload
Open Profile → Bulk Upload to add past writing so Rolit learns how you sound.
- Choose the content type: YouTube transcript, Email thread, Blog post, or WhatsApp conversation.
- Paste the text into the box.
- Select Upload. Select Reset to clear the box.
Rolit splits long text into chunks and processes them in the background. A confirmation tells you how many chunks it created.
Below the form, each upload appears as a batch with its status and progress, for example 3/5 chunks processed, plus the number of failed chunks if any. Use the refresh control on a batch to update its status. When a batch finishes, your style profile is updated.
Brand profile
On the same page, save details about your company so generations reflect your brand:
- Company / brand name
- Products / company lines, one per line
- Logo, chosen from your photo library
Save the form. The saved values are loaded the next time you open the page.
Your style profile
From the content you upload, Rolit builds a style profile of how you write. This is part of your Creator Profile and is applied to your generations automatically.
